Public Appearance: Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact

During the 1920’s, is was considered “fashionable” to perform the rites of makeup application in pubic. Instead of disappearing to the powder room, women openly used compacts and lipstick with pride and allure. Whether this is “proper etiquette” or not, I believe the act is a glamourous vanity that every woman should express.
The powder compact is an item you will most likely need and take-out to use in public. Make the application decadent with Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact. The shiny black casing with the pearly embossed logo will instantly appear luxurious and feminine. Not to mention, Chanel Poudre Universelle is a wonderful product. The lightweight texture glides smoothly on the skin for a barely-there finish. Skin instantly looks luminous producing a soft focus glow with no chalky or powdery aftermath.
In conclusion, I see nothing wrong with the public appearance of a simple touch-up. TOUCHUP… This does not mean it is OK to bust out your makeup bag in the middle of dinner. A slight powder puff or lipstick blot makes being a girl so much fun!
